• Will the product be fragile during shipping?
  No, It will not. Our materials are of high quality and every instrument is carefully inspected by our professional team before shipment. Besides, the package is with cood foam inside the carton box/aluminium alloy /wooden box, so it is safe.
• Could you design the outlook of products?
  Yes, our products are available to be customized as we have professional R&D engineer team. Also our factory could help open mould accordingly then.
• Can I put the private logo on products?
  Yes, Private logo can be put on screen, printed on products or package boxes.
• May I custom package?
  Yes,the package can be customized, MOQ of customized package quantity will be quoted after checking your logo.
• What is the OEM/ODM process?
  After receiving your customization needs, our R&D team will develop, and then we will make it into production. From design to assembly and testing, our professional team supervise quality during production. After the production is completed, it will be packaged and shipped to you.
• What’s your ship date?
  Usually 3-10 business days, even same-day shipping for some items in stock.
• What if I don’t know how to use this instrument?
  We provide a complete user manual or video for instruction and 24-hour online consultant service.
• Do you offer warranty?
  We offer one year of warranty for the main host from the purchase date (with the bill), and three months of warranty for handles.
• What is your payment way?
  For payment ways, T/T, Western Union, L/C or Paypal. This is negotiable.
• What is your shipping method?
  Normal small parcels are shipped via International express, such as DHL, UPS, FEDEX TNT and EMS etc. For big orders will be sent by air transport, land transport or sea transport.
